Go to Duskburn and get to the bottom, there is a cave on 1 of the sides of the cliff

Enter the Cave
Find the Darkrai in the cave
You will be teleported to the Shadow HQ
Talk to Cipher once out of the cage with an open slot in your party to recieve a Level 85 Shadow Mismagius. Then head to the Generator, and speak to Scientist Lisa to receive HM07 Dive.

Go to the Pokemon League to buy and teach HM Dive from the HM Tutor

Go to Seabrooke, and swim underneath the boat that holds the Level 45+ Hard trainer

Use Dive, and swim to the underwater temple.

Claim the orb from the statue

Return to the HQ and speak to Cipher

Find the hidden Castle in Silverkeep (Hint: from the Ryder warp to Silverkeep, go backwards for a little while)

Go through the gate and fight off the Guards

Enter the castle and defeat the guards inside

Retrieve the orb from the statue
You will be teleported out of the castle. (If not just walk out)
Return to the Shadow HQ for your next set of instructions from Cipher
Go to Diggers Peak and find the boat that will take you to the 'Hall of Origin'

Go inside the boat to travel to the 'Hall of Origin'
Once in the 'Hall of Origin' place the Orbs in the statues hands to enter
Solve the puzzles to collect each seal (These can be done in any order but imma list them in this order)

Once you've hit all the letters atleast once, go to the water fountain

Speak to Scientist Lisa near the Entrance to show her the shadow Pokemon you caught

Defeat the Shadow Guard, for a list of mons scroll down to “Shadow Trainers Pokemon”
Battle Shadow Guard - 4 Random Shadow Pokemon
Head to the Main Lab to find Cipher
Battle the Shadow Admins - 5 Random Shadow Pokemon
Once you've defeated the Shadow Admins and acquired the password, open the gate to confront Cipher
