MQ12 Zeinova, Rejoice!
The region is on the brink of destruction. With the Power of Therian Landorus, Ghetsis has all but secured his position as rule of Zeinova. With the capture of Tornadus and Thundurus, you and Danielle have allowed a moment of weakness to strike Ghetsis. The fate of Zeinova rests on its two champions.
Requirements: Completion of Main Quest 11, trainer level 41
Starting Location: Talk to the Sailor on the docks of Sparkmont

Go to the Sparkmont Docks and talk to Sailor Jeffery

Find Danielle standing near the Team Plasma hideout entrance. (Hint: If for some reason you need to leave and warp back do /warpplasma , remember to not have any spaces)

Find and talk to Danielle near the sewer entrance.

Enter the sewer and find your way through the maze of a place.

Explore the inside of the hideout
After listening in to the conversation of the two Plasma Grunts, climb into the air ducts to find a way past the door.
Fall through the hole in the vents and locate the Plasma Grunts (You will have to fight them in an order)

Go to the locked door and click the button next to it.

Go to the room where you fought Plasma Grunt #3, and parkour across to the other side for the code to open a chest.

Find the locked chest in the storage room next to the locked door.

Open the door and follow the path forward, click the button on the next locked door to start the puzzle.

The next puzzle is similar to the one from Main Quest 4, “Icebreaker”.

This is a solution to the puzzle, after completing the puzzle open the chest to receive the door key.
Go back to the locked door; open it and progress forwards.
There will be another puzzle, don't step on the gold pressure plates, I would advise shifting for this.
Once you have made it across there will be a checkpoint. Every time you do /warpplasma you will now be warped to this checkpoint
Find the next locked door and click the button next to it like the last ones you did.
You will need to find Four Levers and turn them on in order of 1-4. (All 4 levers are past the checkpoint sign, so no need for backtracking)
Lever #1: (866, 11, 1218)
Lever #2 has a puzzle for you to do before you can access it, pretty much you got these 2 screens, you click the blocks that lit up in the same order on the other screen.
Lever #2: (886, 11, 1209)
Lever #3: (856, 11, 1193)
The 4th Lever is located inside of a maze, I would advise just hugging one of the walls until you get to it, I'm pretty sure the right wall is faster.
Lever #4: (921, 11, 1199)
You should have gotten them all, if you missed one just look above the door, if there's red concrete than it's not complete.
Continue farther into the Plasma Hideout
There is one last puzzle for you to solve, this is called “Lights out”. You need to turn all the red concrete to green, but every time you click one, all adjacent blocks will also flip.

There will be another checkpoint before the stairs, go up the stairs to the next room.
After climbing the stairs check up with Danielle. Once finished talking explore the facility to find Ghetsis.

After finding Landorus alone, Ghetsis will appear and fight you.

Ghetsis won't accept his defeat but N shows up with a Hypno to put him to sleep and stop his evil plan once and for all.
Once defeating Ghetsis you will be telported back to Sparkmont with Danielle and the Forces of Nature.
